Seating Area: 89 x 195 cm (35 x 76.8 in) Height: 75 cm (29.5 in) Wood Features: The wood material will be first‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood must meet the following criteria: - Knots: Up to four sound knots per meter are allowed; knot diameters will not exceed one‑quarter of the part width. Rotten, defective, partially fused or split knots are not permitted. - Cracks: No ring cracks; hairline cracks up to 1–2 mm (0-0.1 in) are permissible. Pressure‑treated cracks meeting specifications are allowed within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: At most one resin pocket per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No leaking or pulling resin, internal shell, rot holes, or insect holes are allowed. - Manufacturing defects: None, only deviations within the specified tolerances. - Bending: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the part length. - Impact: Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the part width. - Twisting: Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter length. - Spring back: Spring back tolerance between 1/50 and 1/100 of the part length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and free of burrs.
