The product is 440 mm (17.3 in) wide and 1060 mm (41.7 in) high. It consists of a bin and a carrier frame. 2. The bin part has a diameter of 290 mm (11.4 in) and a height of 500 mm (19.7 in), made from sheet metal with 0.75 mm (0 in) thickness. The window on the bin body will be opened by hydraulic press molding. The top of the bin includes a metal lid made from 0.75 mm (0 in) thick sheet metal. 3. The carrier foot section is formed by bending a Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile and welding it with another Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile. 4. The bin and foot are connected with galvanized screws. 5. The bin foot rotates 360° to allow waste discharge. 6. After completing work on the metal components, they will be cleaned of oil and rust and prepared for painting by a furnace treatment. The metal parts are washed in a phosphating tank, rinsed with clear water, then rested for 10‑15 minutes. Afterwards the metal surface is cleaned. 7.
