The product measures 440 mm (17.3 in) in width and 800 mm (31.5 in) in height. It consists of a bin and a carrier section. 2. The bin section has a diameter of 290 mm (11.4 in) and a height of 500 mm (19.7 in), fabricated from sheet metal with a thickness of 0.75 mm (0 in). The window in the bin body will be opened using a hydraulic press. A metal lid, also made from 0.75 mm (0 in) sheet metal, will be placed on the top of the bin. 3. The carrier foot is formed by bending an Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile into an H shape and welding it with another Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile. 4. The bin and foot are joined with galvanized screws. 5. The foot of the bin can rotate 360° to facilitate waste emptying. 6. After machining, the metal components are baked to remove oil and rust and prepare them for painting. Components washed in a phosphating tank are rinsed with clean water, rested for 10–15 minutes, and then cleaned. 7. Painting: After baking, the parts are coated with electrostatic powder paint and cured at 180–200 °C. 8.
