The product measures 440 mm (17.3 in) in width and 800 mm (31.5 in) in height. It consists of a bin and a supporting frame. 2. The bin is 290 mm (11.4 in) in diameter, 500 mm (19.7 in) tall and made from sheet metal 0.75 mm (0 in) thick. A window in the bin body is opened by hydraulic press forming. A metal lid, also made from 0.75 mm (0 in) thick sheet, is attached to the top of the bin. 3. The support leg is formed by bending an Ø48 × 3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile into an H‑shape and welding it to another Ø48 × 3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile. 4. The bin and leg are fastened together with galvanized bolts. 5. The bin rotates 360° on the leg for easy emptying. 6. After fabrication, the metal parts are cleaned of oil and rust and prepared for painting. After being washed in a phosphating tank, the parts are rinsed with clear water and rested for 10–15 minutes, followed by surface cleaning. 7. Painting method: After phosphating, the components are coated with electrostatic powder paint and cured at 180–200 °C.
