Preferred for sports fields and children’s playgrounds, this coating system features an SBR rubber base layer and is used in open areas, playgrounds, professional or amateur sports fields, and locations subject to heavy traffic. EPDM poured rubber flooring offers: - Durable - Seamless - Tartan performance - Decorative appearance - UV‑ray resistance - Suitability for outdoor weather conditions - Aesthetic appeal - Water resistance It can be installed with a finisher machine for large sports and park areas, or manually for smaller parks and patterned installations. After the SBR rubber base layer is placed to the required thickness according to specifications, a polyurethane binder is applied, followed by an EPDM top layer that can be produced in any desired color and is UV‑resistant. The high‑quality EPDM rubber layer maintains vivid colors for long periods and provides a highly decorative look. Because poured rubber systems do not retain water, the surface is ready for use immediately after rain without pooling.
