Preferred for walking paths, sports fields and children's playgrounds, this EPDM poured rubber flooring system features an SBR rubber base layer and is used in open areas, children's playgrounds, professional or amateur sports fields, and locations subjected to heavy traffic. It is durable, seamless, Tartan, decorative, UV‑resistant, suitable for outdoor conditions, aesthetic, and water‑proof. It can be installed with a finisher machine for large sports and park areas, while smaller parks and areas requiring patterned work are applied manually. After the SBR rubber sublayer is placed to the required thickness in accordance with specifications, a polyurethane binder is used to apply the top EPDM layer, which can be produced in any desired color and is UV‑resistant. The high‑quality EPDM rubber layer maintains vibrant colors for long periods and provides a highly decorative appearance. Because poured rubber systems do not retain water, the surface is ready for use after rain without pooling. Application areas include children's playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball courts, outdoor education facility fields, running tracks, multipurpose sport fields, Tartan tracks, and athletics tracks.
