Using acrylic floor coating material, hard and flexible surfaces can be created for bicycle paths as well as open and indoor sports fields. The acrylic floor offers professional, world‑standard walking and cycling routes for sports venues and athletes, thanks to its economical structure and a variety of color options. The substrate for the acrylic coating must be concrete or asphalt. This system is used on multi‑purpose fields and bicycle tracks. It is resistant to UV radiation, rain, and heat. For asphalt surfaces, ensure the surface has been primed at least 14 days in advance; all oil, dirt, loose, and blistered layers must be cleaned. For concrete surfaces—if asphalt supply is difficult or impossible in your area—concrete should be used instead, but it must be poured without cracks. The top layer should be finished with the "helicopter method" to achieve a smooth finish. No joints should be left; any joints created during installation must be sealed, as movement and cracking in the concrete can transfer to the acrylic coating and cause it to crack. The floor should be laid with the appropriate slope during installation.
