With acrylic floor coating material, walking and bicycle paths can be created with hard and flexible surfaces. Acrylic flooring is widely chosen because of its economical composition. The substrate for applying the acrylic floor coating must be concrete or asphalt. It is the system used for walking and bicycle paths. The product is resistant to UV rays, rain, and heat. Asphalt surfaces – ensure the asphalt has been primed at least 14 days in advance. Remove all oil, dirt, loose and flaking layers from the surface. Concrete surfaces – if asphalt supply is difficult or impossible in your area, concrete should be used instead of asphalt. However, the concrete must be placed without cracks. The top layer should be finished very smoothly using the "helicopter" method. No joints should be left; any joints created during construction must be sealed, as movement and cracking in the concrete can transfer to the acrylic coating and cause it to crack. The floor should be given the proper slope during construction. Acrylic Floor Coating Application The formulation of our materials is as follows: - Acrylic Floor Coating, Base Coat: A thick "cushion" – suspension material. Its millions of rubber particles provide thickness and cushioning to the floor. - Acrylic Floor Coating, Cushion: A relatively thinner "cushion" – suspension material that fills the gaps between the thicker layers and adds extra cushioning. - Acrylic Floor Coating, Color: An acrylic-based color material resistant to external elements. The first two coats are applied together with the base coat above, and the final coat is applied like a clear finish. Its strong formula prevents discoloration from weather conditions, preserving color quality for many years. - Acrylic Floor Coating, White Line Paint: A white acrylic-based line paint that is resistant to external elements.
