With acrylic floor coating material, hard and flexible surfaces can be created for both indoor and outdoor sports courts. Thanks to its economical structure and a variety of color options, we provide professional, world‑class playing surfaces for athletes and sports facilities. The substrate for the acrylic floor coating must be concrete or asphalt. This system is used on basketball and volleyball courts and is resistant to UV radiation, rain, and heat. For asphalt surfaces – ensure the asphalt has been primed at least 14 days in advance. Remove all oil, dirt, loose and flaking layers from the surface. For concrete surfaces – if asphalt procurement is difficult in your area, use concrete instead of asphalt. The concrete must be cast without cracks. The top layer should be finished with the “helicopter method” to achieve a perfectly smooth surface. No joints should be left; any joints created during installation must be sealed, as movement or cracking in the concrete can transfer to the acrylic coating and cause it to crack. The slab should be given a proper slope during installation. Acrylic Floor Coating Application Our material composition is as follows: Acrylic Floor Coating – Base Coat: A thick “cushion” suspension material. Millions of rubber particles within it provide thickness and shock absorption to the floor. Acrylic Floor Coating – Cushion: A relatively thinner “cushion” suspension material that fills gaps between thicker layers and adds extra shock absorption. Acrylic Floor Coating – Color: An acrylic‑based, weather‑resistant colored material. The first two coats are applied together with the base coat; the final coat is applied like a clear finish. Its highly durable formula resists the elements and preserves color quality for many years. Acrylic Floor Coating – White Line Paint: A white, acrylic‑based line paint that withstands external influences.
