With our acrylic floor coating system you can create hard‑yet‑flexible surfaces for both indoor and outdoor sports fields. The product offers an economical solution with a wide range of colour options, delivering professional‑grade, world‑class playing surfaces for athletes. The substrate must be concrete or asphalt. The system is used on handball courts and tennis courts and is resistant to UV light, rain, and heat. For asphalt surfaces, ensure the pavement has been primed at least 14 days in advance and all oil, dirt, loose or flaking material is removed. For concrete surfaces, if asphalt is unavailable, use concrete that is cured without cracking. The top layer is applied with a “helicopter” method to achieve a very smooth finish. No joint should be left; any joints created during installation must be filled, as movement or cracking in the concrete can transfer to the acrylic coating and cause it to crack. The floor should be given the appropriate slope during installation. Materials: - Base Coat: A thick “cushion” layer containing millions of rubber particles that provide thickness and suspension. - Cushion: A relatively thinner “cushion” layer that fills the gaps between the thicker layers and adds extra suspension. - Color Coat: An acrylic‑based, weather‑resistant colour layer applied after the first two coats; the final coat acts like a clear finish and retains colour quality for many years. - White Line Paint: A white, acrylic‑based line paint resistant to external elements.
