Our block rubber flooring material is environmentally friendly and ecological because it is made from 100% recycled content. The rubber flooring is produced by grinding vehicle tires into granules, pigmenting them, adding binders in specific ratios, and forming a dough. This rubber dough is then pressed at certain temperatures into blocks with thicknesses ranging from 1.5 cm (0.6 in) to 5 cm (2 in) in various shapes. The manufactured block rubber flooring material is available in 100 x 100 cm dimensions, with thicknesses of 2 – 2.5 – 3 – 4 – 5 cm (1-1.2-1.6-2 in), and in tile and black colors. Thanks to its large size, block rubber is used as flooring material in a wide range of areas such as walkways, machine undersides, industrial and factory labs, children’s play areas, fitness zones, walking paths, breeding farms, terraces, balconies, school yards, kindergartens, nurseries, recreation areas, pool sides, bike paths, garages, stalls, barns, and similar expansive spaces. Rubber coverings are flexible, protective, and impact‑absorbing. They provide sound insulation, noise reduction, and fire‑resistance.
