Product Features Width: 37 cm (14.6 in) Height: 65 cm (25.6 in) Bin Diameter: 29 cm (11.4 in) Bin Height: 51 cm (20.1 in) The product measures 370 mm (14.6 in) in diameter and 650 mm (25.6 in) in height. The outer casing carrier is made of laminated metal, a 650‑mm high pipe profile with a wall thickness of 27.2 mm (1.1 in). The inner bin is 510 mm (20.1 in) high and 290 mm (11.4 in) in diameter, fabricated from 0.75‑mm galvanized sheet metal. After work on the metal components is completed, they undergo a heat‑treatment process to remove oil and rust and prepare them for painting. The parts are washed in a phosphating tank, rinsed with clean water, and then rested for 10‑15 minutes before surface cleaning. Painting Method: After the heat‑treatment, the components are coated with electrostatic powder paint and cured at 180‑200 °C to complete the painting process.
