Product features: - Width: 44 cm (17.3 in), Height: 80 cm (31.5 in). The unit consists of a bin and a frame. - The bin has a 29 cm (11.4 in) diameter and 50 cm (19.7 in) height, made from 0.75 mm (0 in) thick sheet metal. A window in the bin body is opened by hydraulic press stamping, and a metal lid of the same thickness is fitted on the top. - The frame foot is formed by bending an Ø48 × 3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile into an H‑shape and welding it with another Ø48 × 3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile. - The bin and frame are joined with galvanized bolts. - The bin can be rotated 360° on the foot for easy waste discharge. - After fabrication, the metal components are degreased and descaled, then baked to prepare for painting. Components are washed in a phosphate bath, rinsed with clear water, and rested for 10‑15 minutes before surface cleaning. - Painting method: after baking, the parts are coated with electrostatic powder paint and cured at 180‑200 °C. Reference projects are available in the Eastern Black Sea region, especially in Trabzon, as well as in Sürmene, Koprubasi, Of, and Hayrat districts.
