Product Features Width: 44 cm (17.3 in) Depth: 48 cm (18.9 in) Height: 106 cm (41.7 in) Bin Diameter: 29 cm (11.4 in) Bin Height: 50 cm (19.7 in) • The product measures 440 mm (17.3 in) in width and 1060 mm (41.7 in) in height. It consists of a bin and a carrier frame. • The bin section is 290 mm (11.4 in) in diameter, 500 mm (19.7 in) high, and is manufactured from sheet metal 0.75 mm (0 in) thick. A window in the bin body will be opened by hydraulic press molding. The top of the bin includes a metal lid made from 0.75 mm (0 in) thick sheet. • The carrier foot is formed by bending a Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile and welding it with another Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile. • The bin and foot are fastened together with galvanized bolts. • The bin can rotate 360° to facilitate waste discharge. • After fabrication, the metal components are degreased and rust‑removed, then prepared for painting. Components washed in a phosphating tank are rinsed with clean water, rested for 10‑15 minutes, and then surface‑cleaned. • Painting: Following furnace treatment, components are coated with electrostatic powder paint and cured at 180‑200 °C. References are available in the Eastern Black Sea region, primarily in Trabzon and the districts of Akçaabat, Vakfikebir, Carsibasi, and Besikduzu.
