It consists of a bucket and a carrier frame. - The bucket part has a diameter of 290 mm (11.4 in) and a height of 500 mm (19.7 in), fabricated from sheet metal with a thickness of 0.75 mm (0 in). The bucket body includes a window that will be opened by hydraulic press forming. The top of the bucket features a metal lid made from 0.75 mm (0 in) thick sheet metal. - The carrier foot section is made by bending a Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile and welding it with another Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile. - The bucket and foot are joined with galvanized bolts. - The bucket foot can rotate 360° to allow waste discharge. - After the metal components are finished, they undergo a furnace treatment to remove oil and rust and prepare them for painting.
