The product is 440 mm (17.3 in) wide and 1060 mm (41.7 in) high. It consists of a bin and a carrier part. 2. The bin portion will be made from sheet metal with a thickness of 0.75 mm (0 in), a diameter of 290 mm (11.4 in), and a height of 500 mm (19.7 in). A window in the bin body will be opened by hydraulic press forming. The top of the bin will have a metal lid made from 0.75 mm (0 in) thick sheet metal. 3. The carrier leg part is formed by bending an Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile and welding it with another Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile. 4. The bin and the leg will be joined with galvanized bolts. 5. The bin will rotate 360° within the leg to allow waste discharge. 6. After work on the metal parts is finished, a furnace treatment will be carried out to remove oil and rust and prepare the surface for painting. The metal components are washed in a phosphating tank, rinsed with clean water, then rested for 10–15 minutes. Afterwards the metal surface is cleaned. 7. Painting: After the furnace treatment, the components are coated with electrostatic powder paint and cured at 180–200 °C to complete the painting process. 8. Painting: Same procedure as above.
