Product Features Rubber block flooring material is environmentally friendly and ecological because it is made from 100% recycled material. The rubber flooring is produced by granulating vehicle tires, pigmenting them to add color, and adding binders in specific ratios to form a dough. The resulting rubber dough is pressed at certain temperatures into blocks with thicknesses ranging from 1.5 cm (0.6 in) to 5 cm (2 in). Our manufactured rubber block flooring material is available in 100 × 100 cm dimensions, with thicknesses of 2, 2.5, 3, 4, and 5 cm (2 in), and is produced in tile and black colors. Due to its large size, rubber block is used as flooring in overpasses, machine platforms, industrial and factory laboratories, children’s play areas, fitness zones, walking paths, livestock farms, terraces, balconies, school yards, nurseries, kindergartens, recreation areas, pool sides, bike paths, garages, barns, stables, and similar wide‑area applications. Rubber coverings are flexible, protective, and impact‑absorbing. They provide sound insulation, noise reduction, and fire‑resistance. They are resistant to sunlight, water, moisture, and all outdoor conditions. Their slip‑resistant property makes them reliable.
