Carrier pipes: 89×2-2.5 mm (3.5 x 0.1-0.1 in). Includes one accessible gondola swing. Connection clamps and hanging brackets are included. Can be installed on soil or concrete surfaces. Electrostatic powder coating process: After sandblasting, degreasing, and phosphate wash, the metal components are coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint to a thickness of 80–110 microns. Sandblasting removes oil, grease, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. The sandblasting is performed by spraying fine metal beads from a pressurised air system inside a pressure‑resistant cabinet. After sandblasting, all metal parts are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then baked in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 30 minutes to complete the coating.
