Technical Specification. Carrier pipes: 89×2-2.5 mm (3.5 x 0.1-0.1 in). 1 unit of an accessible gondola swing, includes connection clamps and hanging brackets. Can be mounted on soil or concrete foundations. Electrostatic powder coating process: after sandblasting, degreasing and phosphating washing, and drying, the parts are coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint to a thickness of 80‑110 microns. Sandblasting removes oil, dirt and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. The sandblasting is performed by spraying fine metal beads with compressed air into a pressure‑resistant cabinet. After sandblasting, all metal components are coated with the polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then cured in an oven at 200‑220 °C for 30 minutes. Our products are manufactured in‑house and are available in a range of colors.
