Paint: Electrostatic Powder Coating. The product is manufactured in‑house and available in various colors. Electrostatic powder coating process: after sandblasting, degreasing, and phosphate washing, the metal components are coated with a lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint to a thickness of 80‑110 microns. Sandblasting removes oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. The sandblasting is performed by spraying fine metal beads under pressurized air into a pressure‑resistant cabin. After sandblasting, the metal components are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then cured in a furnace at 200‑220 °C for 30 minutes.
