Carrier pipes: 89×2‑2.5 mm (0.1 in) 1 x Accessible gondola swing 1 x Accessible swing seat 12 mm (0.5 in) polyester multifilament swing rope made from 100 % high‑strength polyester yarn The rope has low stretch, is corrosion‑resistant, and has high weather resistance. Supports up to 100 kg (220 lb). Mounting clamps and hanging brackets are included. Can be installed on soil or concrete foundations. Electrostatic powder coating: abrasive blasting, oil removal and phosphating wash, followed by drying, then coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint to a thickness of 80‑110 µm. Abrasive blasting removes oil, dirt and rust from all metal parts, creates a profile to improve paint adhesion. The blasting process uses fine metal beads propelled by compressed air inside a pressure‑resistant cabinet. After blasting, the metal components are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then cured in a furnace at 200‑220 °C for 30 minutes.
