Carrier tubes: 89×2‑2.5 mm (0.1 in). Includes one accessible gondola swing and one accessible swing seat. 12 mm (0.5 in) polyester multifilament swing rope is made from 100 % high‑strength polyester yarn. The rope has low stretch, is corrosion‑resistant, and weather‑proof. Supports up to 100 kg (220 lb). Mounting clamps and hanging brackets are included. Can be installed on soil or concrete foundations. Finish: electrostatic powder coating. All components are manufactured in‑house with available colour options. Sandblasting and electrostatic powder coating process: After sandblasting, degreasing, phosphating and drying, the metal parts are coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder to a thickness of 80‑110 µm. Sandblasting removes oil, grease and rust, creating a profile for better paint adhesion. The process uses fine metal beads propelled by pressurised air in a pressure‑rated cabinet. After coating, the parts are cured in an oven at 200‑220 °C for 30 minutes.
