Includes 1 polyethylene accessible swing seat. 12 mm (0.5 in) polyester multifilament swing rope made from 100 % high‑strength polyester yarn. The rope has low stretch, is corrosion‑resistant and highly durable against weather. The product weight is approximately 9–10 kg (22 lb); with rope it is about 11 kg (24.3 lb). The design allows both parent and child to swing at the same time. The child seat is shaped like a cradle to securely hold the child’s body. The parent seat provides a comfortable sitting position. All connection clamps and hanging brackets are included. Can be installed on soil or concrete foundations. Paint – Electrostatic Powder Coating All components are manufactured in‑house and are available in various colors. Electrostatic powder‑coating process: after sandblasting, degreasing and phosphate washing, the parts are coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint to a thickness of 80–110 µm. Sandblasting removes oil, dirt and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. The process uses fine metal beads blown by compressed air inside a pressure‑resistant cabinet. After coating, the metal parts are baked in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 30 minutes to complete the finish.
