These terms apply to orders placed from the Supply catalogue for delivery to the United States.

Free shipping
Shipping to the United States is free. The shipping cost is already included in the product price — no shipping fee is added at checkout.

Delivery in 15–30 days
Orders arrive in 15–30 days in total: 5–10 business days to prepare your order, then 6–12 business days in transit. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time start processing the next business day.
Returns
30-day free returns
- You can return any item within 30 days of delivery — whether it is defective or you simply changed your mind.
- Return shipping is free.
- Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Want a different item? Return the original for free within 30 days and place a new order.
- Once we receive the returned item, the refund is issued to your original payment method.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and the item you want to return. We will send you the return instructions and a prepaid return label.
