Product Features Rubber block flooring material is environmentally friendly and ecological because it is made from 100% recycled rubber. The rubber flooring is produced by grinding used tires into granules, pigmenting them for color, adding binders in specific ratios, and forming a dough-like mixture. This rubber dough is then pressed at various temperatures into blocks with thicknesses ranging from 1.5 cm (0.6 in) to 5 cm (2 in). Our rubber block flooring material is manufactured in 100 × 100 cm panels with thicknesses of 2 cm (0.8 in), 2.5 cm (1 in), 3 cm (1.2 in), 4 cm (1.6 in), and 5 cm (2 in), available in tile and black colors. Thanks to its large size, rubber block is used as flooring in overhead walkways, machine platforms, industrial and factory labs, children's play areas, fitness zones, walking paths, livestock farms, terraces, balconies, schoolyards, preschools, kindergartens, recreation areas, pool edges, bike trails, garages, barns, and similar extensive spaces. Rubber flooring is flexible, protective, and shock‑absorbing. It also provides sound insulation, noise reduction, and fire‑resistance properties. It is durable against sunlight, water, moisture, and all outdoor conditions, and its slip‑resistant surface ensures reliable safety.
