Product Features Block rubber flooring material is environmentally friendly and ecological because it is made from 100% recycled rubber. The rubber flooring is produced by grinding tire rubber into granules, pigmenting them for color, and adding binders in specific ratios to form a dough. The resulting rubber dough is pressed at controlled temperatures into blocks ranging from 1.5 cm (0.6 in) to 5 cm (2 in) in thickness, creating block rubber. Our block rubber flooring material is manufactured in sizes of 100 × 100 cm (39.4 x 39.4 in) with thicknesses of 2 mm (0.1 in), 2.5 mm (0.1 in), 3 mm (0.1 in), 4 mm (0.2 in), and 5 mm (0.2 in), available in tile and black colors. Because of its large dimensions, block rubber is used as floor covering in overpasses, machine bases, industrial and factory laboratories, children’s play areas, fitness zones, walking paths, livestock farms, terraces, balconies, school yards, kindergartens, recreation areas, pool sides, bike trails, garages, barns, stables, and similar extensive spaces. Rubber flooring is flexible, protective, and shock‑absorbing. It also offers sound insulation, noise reduction, and fire‑resistance properties. It is durable against sunlight, water, moisture, and all outdoor conditions, and its slip‑resistant surface ensures safety.
