Age Range: 5-12 Drop Height: 120 cm (47.2 in) Maximum Users: 3-6 Safety Zone: 485 x 610 cm (191 x 240 in) Climbing Ropes: The ropes are 16 mm (0.6 in) diameter polyamide (nylon) cables with UV protection and fire‑retardant solution. Each rope consists of six strands wrapped around a robust core that holds 24 steel reinforcement wires per strand, for a total of 144 steel reinforcement wires. Each strand is encased in a polyamide sleeve, terminated with an aluminum sleeve and fitted with a galvanized steel wear sleeve clamp at each end. The edge ropes contain steel cables wrapped around a core (instead of a polyamide core) for a total of 168 steel reinforcement wires. Connection Balls: Instead of a single 150,000‑pound (667 kN) compressed aluminum ball, a single solid compressed aluminum ball will be used to prevent movement of the connector and early wear of the cable. Support Construction: The support frame will be fabricated from circular‑section steel tubes with a minimum diameter of 114 mm (4.5 in) and a wall thickness of at least 2 mm (0.1 in), cold‑formed to TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards and welded with high‑frequency welding. Tubes will be painted by sandblasting followed by a polyester‑based electrostatic powder‑coat furnace process. Electrostatic Powder‑Coat Process: All metal parts will be sandblasted to remove oil, dirt and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. Fine‑ball filler inside a pressure‑resistant cabin will be sprayed with compressed air to open pores for paint adhesion and to clean oil, rust and dirt from the metal. After fabrication, the metal components will be coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder coat and cured in a 200‑220 °C oven for 20 minutes. After coating, all metal parts will be rinsed in a 10‑minute 70 °C, 5 % concentration degreasing bath, then immersed for 15 minutes in a 50 °C, 1 % concentration iron bath. They will be rinsed again, dried, and finally the entire product will be painted in a single coat with durable polyester‑based outdoor powder paint, cured at 180‑200 °C for 20‑30 minutes. Weld seams will be protected by painting the entire product after welding to prevent corrosion.
