Each rope consists of six strands wrapped around a strong core: a polyamide sleeve containing 24 steel reinforcement wires, for a total of 144 steel reinforcement wires. Each end of the cable is terminated with a finished aluminum sleeve and a galvanized steel wear rod attached to a connection ring. Edge ropes will contain steel cables wrapped around a core instead of polyamide, providing a solid core for a total of 168 steel reinforcement wires. Binding Balls: A single compressed aluminum ball, designed to withstand a force of 150,000 lb (667 kN), will be used to prevent movement of the connection form and early cable wear. Carrier Construction: The carrier will be made from circular‑section steel tubes, minimum 114 mm (4.5 in) diameter with a minimum wall thickness of 2 mm (0.1 in), cold‑formed according to TS EN 10219‑2, TS‑6476, DIN 2394 standards and welded with high‑frequency welding. The tubes will be sandblasted and then powder‑coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic finish. Electrostatic Powder Coat: All metal components will be sandblasted to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. A fine‑ball material inside a pressure‑resistant cabin will be sprayed with pressurized air to open pores and clean the metal surface. After manufacturing, the metal parts will be coated with a polyester‑based electrostatic powder, baked at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. Then they will undergo a degreasing bath at 70 °C for 10 minutes (5 % concentration), followed by a 15‑minute pickling bath at 50 °C (1 % concentration). After rinsing and drying, the components will receive a final powder‑coat bake at 180–200 °C for 20–30 minutes. All welds will be completely painted to prevent corrosion.
