MATERIAL: The Odin crib is made from first‑grade solid pine that has been balanced‑dry with 6‑8% moisture, ensuring durability and long life. No varnish, paint, or finish containing toxic chemicals is used, keeping the environment safe for babies. DESIGN: Inspired by Scandinavian minimalism, the crib shows the natural wood texture and light pine colour. As your child grows, the front railings can be removed to create a wider, more open sleeping space, turning the piece into a stylish, personalized bedroom item. The generous drawers beneath the crib provide storage to keep the room tidy, and drawer pulls are available in woven, wooden, or cloud styles that match the Souffle Room Set and its wardrobe and chiffonier accessories. MONTESSORI FEATURES: The mattress platform sits low to the floor for easy access. A 4 cm (1.6 in) high supports an internal mattress, providing insulation and preventing the child from feeling cold. The recommended mattress height is up to 20 cm (7.9 in); a Little Visco double‑sided mattress can be added for optimal height and comfort. Mattress orders are available in the Textile section of the website. Door orientation can be selected as right, left, or center when viewed from the hallway. WHY SOLID WOOD? Solid construction makes the crib suitable for daily use and long‑term investment, offering a high‑quality sleep environment. The breathable nature of natural wood helps regulate body temperature throughout the night, promoting healthier, more comfortable sleep. The wood grain and natural texture enhance the room’s atmosphere and create a cozy feel. CRAFTSMANSHIP: Hand‑finished by skilled artisans, all edges are smoothed to eliminate sharp or pointy surfaces. The wood surface is so smooth it poses no splinter risk. The unit is portable and can be assembled, disassembled, and re‑assembled multiple times as needed. RETURN & WARRANTY: A 2‑year free replacement or return guarantee covers any material or workmanship defects. DELIVERY TIME: Delivery occurs within 10–15 business days after order placement. The exact assembly cost is communicated after the order based on the delivery address. CARE: Solid pine is low‑maintenance. Regular dusting and occasional wiping with a damp cloth help preserve the wood’s longevity. Apply mineral or plant‑based oil once a year—or as needed—to maintain moisture balance and protect the surface. Pine furniture is sourced from sustainable forests, making it an eco‑friendly choice. DIMENSIONS: Overall crib dimensions include a 4 cm (1.6 in) side allowance on each side. The toddler‑bed option requires a mattress that is 10 cm (3.9 in) smaller in length and width than the main mattress. Guardrail height is 55 cm (21.7 in). Drawer height is 20 cm (7.9 in). Leg height can be customized to meet special size requirements.
