Material: Odin crib is made from first‑grade solid pine that has been seasoned to a balanced 6‑8% moisture content, making it durable and long‑lasting. No finishes, coatings, or varnishes that could harm a baby’s health or contain toxic chemicals are used. Design: The crib follows a minimalist Scandinavian style, highlighting the natural texture and light color of pine. As your child grows, the front safety rails can be removed to create a larger, more open sleeping area, turning the piece into a versatile bedroom furniture item. The drawer provides ample storage under the crib, helping keep the room tidy. Drawer handles are available in timeless, wood, or a playful cloud shape, matching the Souffle room‑set collection. Montessori Concept: Designed to encourage independence and exploration, the mattress platform sits low to the floor, and an additional 4 cm (1.6 in)‑high creates a raised inner mattress that offers insulation while keeping the child close to the ground. We recommend an inner mattress height of up to 20 cm (7.9 in); the Little Visco double‑sided mattress can be ordered from our textile section to achieve the proper height and comfort. Why Solid Wood?: Solid pine provides a breathable surface that helps regulate body temperature during sleep, promoting healthier, more comfortable rest. The natural wood grain enhances the room’s atmosphere and creates a soothing feel. Craftsmanship: The wooden frame is carefully hand‑crafted, without any sharp edges or splinters. The smooth surface eliminates the risk of splinters, and the crib can be disassembled and reassembled repeatedly for easy transport and assembly. Return and Warranty: A 2‑year free exchange or return warranty covers any material or workmanship defects. Delivery Time: Delivery takes 10 to a maximum of 15 business days after order confirmation. For locations outside these areas, we provide disassembled shipping only, with optional assembly arranged upon request and an additional service charge communicated after the order. Care: Solid pine is easy to maintain. Regular dusting and occasional wiping with a damp cloth help preserve its durability. Annual maintenance with mineral or plant‑based oil can keep the wood’s moisture balance and surface protected. Solid‑wood furniture is sourced sustainably, making it an eco‑friendly choice. Dimensions: The final crib size includes a 4 cm (1.6 in) allowance on each side. In the toddler‑bed option, the inner mattress for the lower bed should be 10 cm (3.9 in) smaller in length and width than the main mattress. Guardrail height is 55 cm (21.7 in). Drawer height is 20 cm (7.9 in). Leg height can be customized according to specific measurement needs.
