MATERIAL: The Odin crib is crafted from first‑grade solid pine that has been evenly dried to a moisture content of 6–8 %, ensuring durability and long life. No toxic finishes, coatings, or varnishes are used, so the wood is safe for babies. DESIGN: Inspired by Scandinavian minimalism, the Odin crib features a clean, natural look that highlights the unique grain of pine. The natural texture and colour are preserved to showcase the wood’s light tone. As your child grows, you can remove the front safety rail to create a wider, more open space, turning the crib into a versatile bedroom piece. The integrated drawers provide ample storage and help keep the room tidy. Drawer pulls are available in timeless, wood, or a playful cloud style, matching the Soufflé room‑set collection. MONTESSORI‑FRIENDLY: Designed to encourage independence and exploration, the crib’s mattress platform sits low to the floor and is positioned on 4 cm (1.6 in)‑high panels, giving the appearance of a floor‑level bed while still providing insulation. The recommended inner mattress height is up to 20 cm (7.9 in); you can complement it with Little Visco double‑sided mattress pads for optimal comfort. These pads are available in our Textile section. The doorway orientation (right, left, or centre) can be selected at checkout. WHY SOLID WOOD?: Solid construction makes the crib suitable for daily use and long‑term investment. The breathable wood helps regulate body temperature for a healthier, more comfortable sleep. The natural wood grain enhances the room’s atmosphere and adds a sense of calm. CRAFTSMANSHIP: The wood is expertly hand‑finished with no sharp edges or splinters, prioritising child safety. The smooth surface eliminates any risk of splinters, and the crib can be easily disassembled and reassembled multiple times. RETURN & GUARANTEE: A 2‑year free exchange or return guarantee covers any material or workmanship defects. DELIVERY TIME: Orders are delivered within 10–15 business days. An additional service fee applies for regions outside the Aegean and Marmara, disclosed after order placement based on the delivery address. MAINTENANCE: Solid pine is easy to maintain. Regular dusting and occasional cleaning with a damp cloth will prolong the crib’s lifespan. To preserve the wood’s moisture balance and surface, apply mineral or plant‑based oil once a year or as needed. Solid‑wood furniture is typically sourced from sustainable forests, making it an environmentally friendly choice. DIMENSIONS: The dimensions you select when ordering refer to the mattress/inner‑bed size that will fit inside the crib. The finished crib size includes a 4 cm (1.6 in) allowance on each side. For the infant‑mattress option, the inner mattress must be 10 cm (3.9 in) smaller in width and length than the main mattress. Safety‑rail height: 55 cm (21.7 in). Drawer height: 20 cm (7.9 in). Leg height can be customized to meet specific requirements.
