Material: The Native American crib is made from first‑class solid pine wood that has been evenly dried to a moisture content of 6‑8 %, ensuring durability and a long service life. No toxic paints, coatings, or varnishes are applied, so it is safe for babies. Design: Inspired by Scandinavian minimalism, the crib features a clean, natural look that highlights the pine’s grain. The natural texture and light colour are intentionally retained. As the child grows, the front rail can be removed to create a larger, more open space, turning the crib into a versatile bedroom piece. Drawer: A wide drawer beneath the crib provides convenient storage and helps keep the room tidy. Handles are available in timeless, wood, or playful cloud‑shaped options, matching the Souffle room‑set accessories. Montessori friendly: The mattress platform sits low to the floor, and a 4 cm (1.6 in)‑high beneath the bed holds an internal mattress that provides insulation without letting cold reach the child. The recommended internal mattress height is up to 20 cm (7.9 in); you can use Little Visco double‑sided mattress pads for optimal comfort. Customization: The door opening can be configured to face right, left, or center when viewed from the opposite side. Why solid wood?: Solid construction makes the crib suitable for daily use and long‑term investment. The breathable wood helps regulate body temperature for a healthier, more comfortable sleep, and the natural wood pattern enhances the room’s atmosphere. Craftsmanship: The wood is carefully hand‑finished, leaving no sharp edges or splinters. The smooth surface is safe for children, and the crib can be disassembled and reassembled many times for easy transport. Warranty: A two‑year free replacement or return guarantee covers any material or workmanship defects. Delivery time: Delivery takes 10‑15 business days after order confirmation. Additional fees apply outside the Aegean and Marmara regions and will be communicated after the order. Care: Solid pine is low‑maintenance; regular dusting and occasional wiping with a damp cloth keep the crib in good condition. Yearly treatment with mineral or plant‑based oil helps maintain moisture balance and surface finish. The wood is sustainably sourced, making it an eco‑friendly choice. Dimensions: The finished crib measures 80 cm (31.5 in) × 180 cm (70.9 in), with an extra 4 cm (1.6 in) on each side for edge allowances. Guardrail height is 50 cm (19.7 in), drawer height 20 cm (7.9 in), and foot height 10 cm (3.9 in). When selecting a bedding set, choose mattresses that are 10 cm (3.9 in) smaller in length and width than the main mattress dimensions.
