Material: The Native American crib is made from first‑grade solid pine that has been air‑dried to a moisture content of 6‑8 %, ensuring durability and a long lifespan. No varnish, coating, or finish that contains harmful or toxic chemicals is used, making it safe for babies. Design: The crib blends Scandinavian minimalism with a natural, functional aesthetic. The pine’s distinctive grain and light color are left intact to highlight its organic appeal. As your child grows, the front guard rails can be removed to create a wider, more open space, turning the crib into a versatile bedroom piece. spacious drawers beneath the crib provide convenient storage while keeping the room tidy. Drawer handles are available in timeless, wood, or playful cloud styles, matching the accessories from the Souffle room collection. Montessori Features: Designed to encourage independence and exploration, the crib sits low to the floor at a child‑friendly height. Although it appears to rest directly on the floor, a 4 cm (1.6 in)‑high supports an inner mattress, insulating it from cold surfaces. The recommended mattress height is up to 20 cm (7.9 in); you can pair it with a Little Visco double‑sided mattress for optimal support and comfort. Custom Visco mattresses for children are available in the Textile section of our website. Door orientation can be selected as right‑hand, left‑hand, or centered when viewed from the opposite side. Why Solid Wood?: A solid‑wood crib offers a high‑quality sleep environment suitable for daily use and long‑term investment. The breathable wood helps regulate body temperature during sleep, promoting healthier and more comfortable rest. Its natural grain enhances the room’s atmosphere and creates a soothing feel. Craftsmanship: Hand‑crafted by skilled artisans, the crib has no sharp edges or points, and the smooth surface eliminates splinter hazards. It is portable, easy to assemble and disassemble, and can be re‑assembled multiple times. Return and Warranty: A two‑year free replacement or return guarantee covers any material or workmanship defects. Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 10–15 business days after purchase. Installation service is available for a fee in regions outside the Aegean and Marmara areas; additional charges will be communicated after the order is placed based on the delivery address. Care: Solid pine is low‑maintenance. Regular dusting and occasional wiping with a damp cloth help preserve its longevity. Once a year, or as needed, apply mineral or plant‑based oil to maintain the wood’s moisture balance and surface protection. As a sustainable material, solid‑wood furniture is an environmentally friendly choice. Dimensions: The listed dimensions refer to the crib size for the mattress/inner bedding you will use.
