Material: The Native American crib is made from first‑grade solid pine that has been carefully balanced and dried to a moisture content of 6‑8 %, ensuring long‑term durability. No toxic finishes, coatings, or varnishes are used, so the wood is safe for children. Design: Featuring a Scandinavian‑inspired minimal, natural, and functional design, the pine retains its unique texture and light color. As your child grows, you can remove the front rails to create a wider, more open space, turning the crib into a versatile bedroom piece. Storage: Spacious drawers beneath the sleeping surface help keep the room organized. Drawer pulls are available in timeless, wood, or playful cloud styles, matching the Souffle Room Set collection. Montessori Features: The low‑profile base and appropriate height make it easy for children to get in and out of the bed, encouraging independence and exploration. Although the crib appears to sit directly on the floor, a 4 cm (1.6 in)‑high supports an inner mattress that provides insulation and prevents cold from the floor. We recommend an inner mattress no higher than 20 cm (7.9 in); you can pair it with a double‑sided Little Visco mattress for optimal comfort. The door can be positioned on the right, left, or center according to your preference. Why Choose a Solid‑Wood Crib?: Solid construction makes the crib suitable for daily use and long‑term investment. The breathable natural wood helps regulate body temperature, promoting healthier, more comfortable sleep. Its grain and natural finish enhance the room’s atmosphere. Craftsmanship: The crib is expertly handcrafted with smooth, rounded edges and no sharp corners, prioritizing child safety. The wooden surface is finished to eliminate splinters. It is lightweight, portable, and can be disassembled and reassembled many times. Warranty: A two‑year free replacement or return guarantee covers any material or workmanship defects. Delivery Time: Delivery takes 10‑15 business days after the order is placed. An additional service fee applies outside the Aegean and Marmara regions and will be communicated after the order based on the delivery address. Care: Solid pine is easy to maintain. Regular dusting and occasional wiping with a damp cloth keep the crib in good condition. Apply mineral or plant‑based oil once a year, or as needed, to preserve moisture balance and surface quality. Solid‑wood furniture is typically sourced from sustainable forests, making it an eco‑friendly choice. Dimensions: The crib measures 80 × 180 cm (31.5 x 70.9 in). All internal dimensions (e.g., mattress size) are based on these outer measurements with a 4 cm (1.6 in) allowance on each side. For the “toddler” configuration, the inner mattress should be 10 cm (3.9 in) smaller in length and width than the main mattress. Rail height is 50 cm (19.7 in). Drawer height is 20 cm (7.9 in). Foot height is 10 cm (3.9 in).
