Wood sections are cut to a tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in); overall dimensions to ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable wood may contain up to four solid knots per meter, each knot not exceeding one‑quarter of the board width. No rot, decay, splits, or fallen knots; no ring cracks. Microscopic cracks of 1–2 mm (0-0.1 in) are permissible. Pressure‑treated wood may show head and foot cracks within tolerance. Resin pockets are limited to one per meter and no longer than 10 cm (3.9 in); they must not leak. No inner bark, cavities, or insect holes. Deflection is limited to ≤ 1/50 of member length; impact ≤ 1/100 of member width; twist ≤ 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter; blade flexure between 1/50 and 1/100 of member length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Main Supports: Four pine legs, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped knives and given a decorative motif. Leg height is 220 cm (86.6 in). Roof Structure: Supporting beams are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood with two corners milled to shape. The tops are covered with wood‑pressed lap siding or fiber material; zinc‑coated membranes are fastened with wide‑head specialty nails, followed by American cedar shingle. Eave boards use wooden beams (minimum 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in)) cut with diamond‑tipped knives and secured with galvanized wood screws. The roof frame is assembled from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) beams, ends cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives; one end attaches to the support, the other to the eave board, all connections using special galvanized wood screws. Lower Panels (Railings): Railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides and cut with diamond‑tipped knives, mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative pieces are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in), also cut with diamond‑tipped knives and fixed with galvanized screws. Seating Unit: Constructed with six wooden L‑legs (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)); one end attaches to the support, the other to the seating frame with galvanized screws. Twelve additional wooden beams (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) are installed on the L‑legs, also secured with galvanized screws. Table: Measures 60 cm (23.6 in) wide, 120 cm (47.2 in) long, and 70 cm (27.6 in) high. Table legs are electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles (40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in)) with a height of 78 cm (30.7 in). The tabletop consists of six wooden beams, each at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) and 120 cm (47.2 in) long. Anchoring: A 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) flange is welded to the support leg base, followed by a 90 × 70 × 5 mm (3.5 x 2.8 x 0.2 in) plate, then a 12 mm (0.5 in)‑diameter hole is drilled. Anchors bolt to the underside of the supports and connect to the ground with steel dowels, keeping water away from the wood and securing the legs. Gazebo anchoring plates are welded on at least two sides with a minimum 3 mm (0.1 in) weld depth. Six special screws are inserted per leg for the vertical connection, and two dowel screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal components receive a polyester‑based powder paint finish. Pressure Treatment: (details as specified above).
