Product Technical Specifications – Seating Area: 400 × 400 cm (157 x 157 in); Roof Area: 470 × 470 cm (185 x 185 in); Height: 300 cm (118 in). Wood: First‑class yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections are cut to a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), with overall dimensions toleranced to ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood criteria include: - Knots: Up to four solid knots per piece, total knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width; no rot, decay, partially fused or missing knots. - Cracks: No ring cracks; fine cracks of 1–2 mm (0-0.1 in) are allowed. Pressure‑treated wood may contain head‑ and foot‑grade cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: Maximum one pocket per piece, not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in); no leaking or sucking resin. - No inner bark, decay cavities, insect holes, or manufacturing defects beyond the allowable tolerances. - Bending: Deflection may not exceed 1/50 of the member length. - Impact: Dents may not exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Twist: Not more than 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. - Flexure to the grain: Between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Main supports: Four pine lumber legs, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), shaped with diamond‑tipped knives; leg height is 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: Supporting slats are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood with two corners routed for shape. The top side of the slats is covered with wooden veneer or fiber material and secured with screws. Zinc‑coated nails with wide heads attach zinc‑coated membranes to the veneer. The roof is finished with American cedar‑shingle‑style roofing material using the same wide‑head nails. The fascia board consists of 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) slats shaped with diamond‑tipped knives and fastened to the roof slats with galvanized wood screws. The roof connection frame comprises eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) slats, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, linking the main support to the fascia board. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws; the main‑support‑to‑roof connections use special galvanized wood screws. Lower panels (railing): The railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides, and crafted from wood cut with diamond‑tipped knives and edge‑finished. Frames are mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Inter‑frame motifs are made from 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood shaped with diamond‑tipped knives and fixed with galvanized screws and clear specialty wood glue. The gate uses five pieces of minimum 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) wood—two for the door and one on each side. Seating unit: Consists of nine minimum 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) L‑shaped wooden legs, each attached at one end to the support and at the other end to the seating slats. Four diamond‑tipped, motif‑cut wooden slats are attached to each side with galvanized screws. Anchoring: An 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange is welded onto each support leg, with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate welded on top. Two anchor holes are drilled into a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes are drilled into each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors are fastened to the foot of the supports with screws and to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the support legs. Gazebo anchors are fabricated from minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in)‑thick flanges welded on both sides of the vertical posts. Six special screws are installed per leg for the post connection, and two dowel screws per leg for ground attachment. All metal components are powder‑coated with polyester‑based paint in a furnace.
