Main supports Support legs consist of six pine pieces, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped blades and finished with a motif. Height of the legs is 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof The roof’s bearing rafters are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood, with two corners of each rafter routed. Tops are fastened with wooden laminate or fiber material. Laminated boards receive zinc‑coated membranes attached with wide‑head special nails. The roof is then covered with American cedar shingle ("American kiremidi") using the same nails. In the eave board area, wooden slats of at least 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) are mounted to the rafters with special galvanized wood screws. The roof frame is built from eight pieces of 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, each end cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped blades, connecting the main support to the eave board. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws; galvanized wood screws are used for the main‑support‑to‑roof connections. Upper panels (guardrail) Guardrail width: 35 cm (13.8 in). Frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped blades, installed with special galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood, also fixed with galvanized screws. Lower panels (guardrail) Guardrail height: 75 cm (29.5 in). Frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) sanded wood with diamond‑tipped edges, attached with special galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs of 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) wood are mounted with galvanized screws and transparent wood adhesive. Seating unit The seating unit has eight wooden legs, each at least 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), attached at one end to the support and at the other to the seating slats. Four diamond‑tipped, motif‑giving blades shape each side of the slats, which are fastened with special galvanized screws. Anchorage Under each support leg, an 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange is welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, drilled with two anchor holes (13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)). Each plate includes three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes (15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)). Anchors are mounted with screws and connected to the ground using steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and ensuring a secure foot installation. Gazebo anchors are welded to the flanges with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) weld bead on at least two sides. Six special screws are placed per leg for the vertical connection and two dowel screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal parts are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based paint. Impregnation: (information not provided).
