PRODUCT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Seating Area: 500 × 500 cm (197 x 197 in) Roof Area: 570 × 570 cm (224 x 224 in) Height: 330 cm (130 in) Wood Characteristics: The timber used will be first‑class yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris). All wood sections are cut with a maximum tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in). The wood must meet the following criteria: - Knots: Up to four solid knots per meter are allowed, provided their combined diameter does not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. Rotten, split, partially fused, or fallen knots are not permitted. - Cracks: No ring cracks; hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are acceptable. Pressure‑treated lumber may have head and length cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin Pockets: One resin pocket per meter is allowed, not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in). No dripping or pulling resin, inner bark, rot holes, insect holes, or manufacturing defects are permitted; only the stated tolerances apply. - Deflection: Bending may not exceed 1/50 of the member length; impact may not exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Twisting: Rotation may not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. - Compression Deflection: Allowed between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove splinters. Primary Supports: Eight pine posts, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), are fabricated with diamond‑point knives that add a decorative motif. The posts are 240 cm (94.5 in) high. Roof: The roof frame is built from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) lumber. Two corners of each rafter are shaped on a router. Rafters are fastened with wood screws to either laminated wood cladding or a fiber. Tar paper is attached with wide‑head special nails, followed by American cedar‑shingle style roofing. The eave board uses 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) lumber with decorative motifs, secured with galvanized wood screws. The roof connection consists of eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) members, each cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑point knives to form a truss that attaches one end to the main support and the other to the eave board. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws; the main‑support‑to‑roof connections use special galvanized wood screws. Pigeon: height is 450 mm (17.7 in). Roof rafters for the are made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) lumber. Additional 30 × 15 mm (1.2 x 0.6 in) slats are installed 30 mm (1.2 in) apart between the upper and lower 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) members. The slats are screwed to wooden laths, which receive tar paper and wide‑head nails, then are covered with shingle roofing. The eave board uses 90 × 20 mm (3.5 x 0.8 in) wood shaped with a diamond‑point decorative knife. Upper Panels (Railings): Upper railings are 40 cm (15.7 in) wide. Rail frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) lumber, sanded on all sides and edged with a decorative knife. They are mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative pieces are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in), also cut with a diamond‑point decorative knife, and attached with galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Railings): Lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Rails are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) lumber, sanded and edged with a decorative knife, and mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative pieces are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in), similarly prepared and attached with galvanized screws and clear specialty wood glue. Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of eight wooden legs, each at least 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) and L‑shaped, attached at one end to the main support and at the other to the seating slats. Each side includes four decorative wooden slats shaped with a diamond‑point knife and fastened with galvanized screws. Anchoring: Under each support post, an 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange is welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate; two anchoring holes are drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) base plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes are drilled in each 15 × 8 mm (0.6 x 0.3 in) plate. Anchors are bolted to the underside of the posts, and the structure is tied to the ground with steel dowels to prevent water contact with the wood and ensure stable footings. Gazebo anchors are fabricated from steel flanges at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick, welded on both sides, and connected with six specialty screws per leg and two doweled screws per leg to the ground. All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish. Impregnation: [Technical impregnation details omitted for brevity]
