PRODUCT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Seating Area: 400 × 400 cm (157 x 157 in) Roof Area: 470 × 470 cm (185 x 185 in) Height: 300 cm (118 in) Wood Characteristics: The gazebo is built from first‑class yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris). Wood sections are cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood qualities include: - Knots: Up to four solid knots per meter; total knot diameter not to exceed one‑quarter of the member width. No rot, defects, partially fused or fallen knots are allowed. - Cracks: No ring cracks. Hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible. In pressure‑treated environments, head and length cracks are allowed within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: No more than one pocket per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No dripping, pulling resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. - Manufacturing defects: None; only deviations within the specified tolerances. - Bending: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Torsion: Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. - Compression: Deflection between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length is tolerated. - Sanding: All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Main Supports: Eight support legs are made from 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine lumber, cut with diamond‑tipped special blades and given a motif. The legs are 240 cm (94.5 in) high. Roof: Bearing beams of the gazebo roof are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each beam are routed for shape. The tops are fastened with wooden shiplap or fiber material, then covered with tarred membranes secured with wide‑head special nails. The roof is finished with American cedar shingles attached with wide‑head special nails. On the eaves, 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) wooden rafters (cut with diamond‑tipped blades and given a motif) are mounted to the roof beams using galvanized screws. The roof connection frame consists of eight 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) beams, each end cut at specific angles and shaped with diamond‑tipped blades, attaching one end to the main support and the other to the eave board. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws; the main‑support‑to‑roof connections use specially galvanized wood screws. Upper Panels: Upper railings are 40 cm (15.7 in) wide. Railing frames are made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, sanded on all sides and edged with diamond‑tipped blades. They are mounted to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative wooden separators are installed with special galvanized screws. Lower Panels (Railing): Lower railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are also made from 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) sanded wood edged with diamond‑tipped blades and are fixed to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Additional wooden motifs, sized 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) and shaped with diamond‑tipped special blades, are installed with galvanized screws and clear wood glue. Seating Unit: The seating unit consists of eight wooden legs, each at least 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in), attached at one end to the main support and at the other end to the seating frame. Four wooden seat rails per side are shaped with diamond‑tipped special motif blades and mounted with galvanized screws. Anchoring: To the bottom of each support leg a 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) flange is welded to a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate; a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate provides two anchor holes, and each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate includes three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. The anchors are bolted to the supports with screws and to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the support legs. Gazebo anchors are fabricated by welding minimum‑thickness 2.5 mm (0.1 in) flange plates around both sides of the vertical members. Six special screws are inserted per leg for the connection to the vertical members, and two dowel screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal parts are powder‑coated with polyester‑based paint and baked.
