Can support up to 100 kg (220 lb). Mounting clamps and hanging brackets are included. Can be installed on soil or concrete ground. Electrostatic Powder Coating Products are manufactured in‑house and color options are available. Electrostatic Powder Coating Specifications Electrostatic powder coating process: after blasting, degreasing and phosphate washing, drying, the metal parts are coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint to a thickness of 80‑110 microns. Blasting removes oil, grease and rust, creates a porous surface for better paint adhesion. The blasting is performed by spraying fine metal beads with compressed air into a pressure‑resistant cabinet. After blasting, the metal parts are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then baked in a furnace at 200‑220 °C for 30 minutes to complete the coating.
