Product Features: Seating area 110 × 320 cm (43.3 x 126 in); safety area 310 × 520 cm (122 x 205 in); height 190 cm (74.8 in). Carrier pipes are 89 × 2.5 mm (3.5 x 0.1 in). Comes with one polyethylene swing seat with handrails and one rubber swing seat. Uses a standard galvanized welded chain that is corrosion‑resistant and highly durable in weather. Product weight about 3.5 kg (7.7 lb); about 7.5 kg (16.5 lb) with the chain. Supports up to 100 kg (220 lb). Connection clamps and hanging brackets are included; can be mounted on soil or concrete flooring. Finished with in‑house electrostatic powder coating, available in various colors. Coating process: after sandblasting, degreasing and phosphating, the parts are coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint to a thickness of 80‑110 µm. Sandblasting removes oil, dirt and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. Fine metal beads are propelled with compressed air into a pressure‑resistant chamber. The coated components are cured in a furnace at 200‑220 °C for 30 minutes.
