Product Features: Seating area 110 × 400 cm (43.3 x 157 in); safety area 510 × 800 cm (201 x 315 in); height 190 cm (74.8 in). Supporting pipes are 89 × 2.5 mm (3.5 x 0.1 in). Includes two polyethylene swing seats with handrails: a child seat shaped like a crib that wraps the body for safety, and a parent seat that provides a comfortable sitting position; internal seat width 35 cm (13.8 in). Uses standard‑gauge galvanized welded chain that is corrosion‑resistant and highly weather‑resistant. Maximum load capacity 100 kg (220 lb). Connection clamps and hanging brackets are supplied; can be installed on soil or concrete flooring. Finished with electrostatic powder coating (sandblasting, degreasing, phosphating) using lead‑free polyester‑based powder at 80‑110 µm thickness. Sandblasting removes oil, grease and rust, creating a porous surface for better adhesion. Fine metal beads are propelled by compressed air into a pressure‑resistant cabinet. Coated parts are cured in an oven at 200‑220 °C for 30 minutes.
