Covered Picnic Table (Metal) – Overall dimensions 225 L × 180 W × 243 H cm; seating area 180 × 225 cm (70.9 x 88.6 in); height 245 cm (96.5 in). All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish and baked at 200–220 °C for 20 min. Metal tube profiles are fabricated within ±20 mm (0.8 in) tolerance; surfaces are cleaned, phosphated, then electrostatically painted. Wood is first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris). Lumber is cut to ±2 mm (0.1 in) and sized to ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable wood characteristics: up to four solid knots per meter, each knot ≤ ¼ of board width; no decay, rot, split knots; ring‑free; hairline cracks 1–2 mm (0-0.1 in) allowed; at most one resin pocket per meter, ≤ 10 cm (3.9 in), no leaching; no bark, cavities, or insect holes. Bending, impact and torsion limits are 1/50 of length, 1/100 of width, and 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter respectively; flexure and twist tolerances 1/50–1/100 of length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Main supports: four legs, each 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in), powder‑coated, height 215 cm (84.6 in). Roof: roof supports made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) powder‑coated metal; wooden purlins 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) routed at corners and fastened with wood screws. A zinc‑coated membrane is nailed to the purlins, then covered with American‑cedar shingles fastened with wide‑head nails. Ridge board includes 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) wooden purlins cut in a diamond pattern, secured with galvanized screws. All permanent connections use special galvanized fasteners. Lower support frame: 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in) powder‑coated metal, bolted to table and bench frames with galvanized fasteners. Seating units: two opposing benches, each 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, 180 cm (70.9 in) long, seat height 45 cm (17.7 in). Frames use 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) powder‑coated metal; each bench holds eight wooden slats (min. 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) and six back‑rest slats (min. 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) attached with galvanized screws. Table: top 80 × 180 cm (31.5 x 70.9 in), constructed from a minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slat featuring a diamond‑cut pattern. Table legs are 78 cm (30.7 in) high, made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) powder‑coated metal. Anchoring: flanges 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) welded with 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) washers; plates with bolt holes (13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)) and screw holes (6 mm (0.2 in)). Anchors are bolted to support legs and secured with steel dowels to keep wood away from water and provide stable footings. Picnic gazebo anchors are welded with ≥ 2.5 mm (0.1 in) fillet weld on at least two sides. Each leg receives six special screws for vertical connection and two dowelled screws to the ground. All metal components receive polyester powder‑coat and furnace bake. Impregnation: all wooden elements are pressure‑treated to meet durability requirements.
