Metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester finish and baked at 200–220 °C for 20 min. Metal tube profiles are fabricated within ±20 mm (0.8 in) tolerance; surfaces are cleaned, phosphated, then painted. Wood is first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris). Lumber is cut to ±2 mm (0.1 in) and sized to ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable wood: up to four solid knots per meter, each ≤ ¼ of board width; no rot, defective or split knots; no ring cracks, hairline cracks up to 1–2 mm (0-0.1 in) allowed. Resin pockets up to 10 cm (3.9 in), one per meter, no leaching. No inner bark, cavities, or insect holes. Bending ≤ 1/50 of length, impact ≤ 1/100 of width, twist ≤ 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter; bow tolerance 1/50–1/100 of length. All visible surfaces sanded smooth. Carrier legs: electrostatic powder‑coated metal, minimum 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). Seating units: two opposing benches, each 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, 145 cm (57.1 in) long, seat height 41 cm (16.1 in); frames use 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) powder‑coated metal, secured with six 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden brackets and galvanized screws. Table: top 74 × 145 cm (29.1 x 57.1 in), made from pressure‑treated, diamond‑cut 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats. Table legs are 70 cm (27.6 in) high, 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) powder‑coated metal.
