Picnic Table (Wood Top) – Dimensions: 195 cm (76.8 in) L × 180 cm (70.9 in) W × 75 cm (29.5 in) H. Seating area: 180 × 180 cm (70.9 x 70.9 in); overall height: 78 cm (30.7 in). Metal components are powder‑coated in a furnace with a polyester‑based coating. Tubular profiles are cut to a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) as required. Surfaces are cleaned of oil, dirt and rust, then phosphated to create a porous layer for optimal adhesion. After fabrication, the parts receive an electrostatic polyester coating and are baked at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. Wood is first‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris). Sections are cut to a tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in); overall dimensions to ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable characteristics include up to four solid knots per meter (each no larger than ¼ of the width), no rot, defects or split knots, and only fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)). Pressure‑treated wood may show end‑grain or side‑grain cracks within tolerance, resin pockets up to 10 cm (3.9 in) long (one per meter) without leakage, and no inner bark, rot cavities or insect holes. Bending may not exceed 1/50 of the length, impact marks not more than 1/100 of the width, twist ≤ 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter, and deflection between 1/50 and 1/100 of the length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Metal carriers: legs are made from electrostatic powder‑finished metal profiles at least 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). Seating units: two opposing benches, each 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, 180 cm (70.9 in) long, with a seat height of 45 cm (17.7 in). Each bench is attached to a 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) metal profile using six wooden battens (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) fastened with galvanized screws. Table: top measures 81 × 180 cm (31.9 x 70.9 in) and is assembled from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden battens, finished with a patterned surface applied using pressure‑treated, diamond‑tipped specialty knives. Table legs are 70 cm (27.6 in) high and use 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑finished metal profiles.
