Picnic Table (Metal Legs) 145(L) x 175(W) x 75(H). Seating Area: 140 x 175 cm (55.1 x 68.9 in). Height: 75 cm (29.5 in). Metal Features: All metal components will be painted with a polyester-based powder coating applied in a furnace. Metal tube profiles will be fabricated with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Surfaces will be cleaned of oil, dirt, and rust, then phosphated to promote paint adhesion, followed by an electrostatic polyester paint and cured in a 200–220°C oven for 20 minutes. Wood Features: The wood will be first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be machined with a tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in) and dimensions ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable characteristics include up to four solid knots per meter, knot diameter not exceeding ¼ of the board width, no rot, split or missing knots, and only hairline cracks up to 1–2 mm (0-0.1 in). Resin pockets may be up to 10 cm (3.9 in) long, one per meter. No leaking or pulling resin, inner bark, rot, insect holes, or manufacturing defects beyond the specified tolerances. Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the board length, impact 1/100 of the width, twist 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter, and edge bend between 1/50 and 1/100 of the length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Metal Supports: Support legs will be fabricated from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile. Seating Unit: Seating width 40 cm (15.7 in), length 140 cm (55.1 in), height 45 cm (17.7 in). Support brackets of 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile. Eight 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden dowels will be attached to the metal brackets with galvanized screws. Table: Table size 80 × 140 cm (31.5 x 55.1 in), fabricated from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden dowels with pressure‑treated, diamond‑shaped, beveled edges. Table legs are 75 cm (29.5 in) high, made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile.
