Picnic Table (Metal Legs) – Dimensions: 145 cm (57.1 in) L × 175 cm (68.9 in) W × 75 cm (29.5 in) H. Seating area: 140 × 175 cm (55.1 x 68.9 in); overall height: 75 cm (29.5 in). All metal parts are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based paint and baked. Tubular profiles are produced to a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Prior to coating, surfaces are stripped of oil, dirt and rust, then phosphated to open pores for better adhesion. After fabrication, the parts receive an electrostatic polyester coating and are cured at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. Wood is first‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris). Sections are cut to ±2 mm (0.1 in), overall dimensions to ±20 mm (0.8 in). Each piece may contain up to four sound knots, none larger than ¼ of the width. No rot, defects, or major split knots are allowed; hairline cracks up to 1–2 mm (0-0.1 in) may be present. Resin pockets up to 10 cm (3.9 in) long may occur, but no leaking resin is permitted. Worm holes, decay cavities and interior cracks are prohibited. All deviations are limited to the stated tolerances. Metal supports: legs are made from electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles at least 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). Seating unit: bench is 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, 140 cm (55.1 in) long, and 45 cm (17.7 in) high. The frame uses 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile, with eight 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats fastened to the metal using galvanized screws. Table: top measures 80 × 140 cm (31.5 x 55.1 in), built from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wood slats that have pressure‑treated, diamond‑tipped, oval‑shaped edges. Table legs are 75 cm (29.5 in) high and constructed from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile. All wood components are pressure‑treated for durability and decay resistance.
