Picnic Table (Metal Legs) – Dimensions: 195 cm (76.8 in) L × 190 cm (74.8 in) W × 80 cm (31.5 in) H. Seating area: 145 × 190 cm (57.1 x 74.8 in); overall height: 80 cm (31.5 in). Metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based paint and baked. Tubular profiles are fabricated to a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Before coating, metal is cleaned of oil, dirt and rust, then phosphated to create a porous surface for improved adhesion. After fabrication, the parts are sprayed with an electrostatic polyester paint and cured at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. Wood is first‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris). Sections are cut to ±2 mm (0.1 in); dimensions to ±20 mm (0.8 in). Wood must be free of knots larger than ¼ of the width, decay, defects or splits, and may show only fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)). Resin pockets may be up to 10 cm (3.9 in) long (maximum one per meter) and must be free of leaking resin. No internal rot, insect holes or manufacturing defects are allowed; only tolerances apply. Deflection shall not exceed 1/50 of the member length, impact not more than 1/100 of the member width, twist ≤ 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter, and bending between 1/50 and 1/100 of the length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Metal supports: legs are made from electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles at least 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). Seating unit: bench is 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, 145 cm (57.1 in) long, with a seat height of 45 cm (17.7 in). Support parts are fabricated from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile, and the bench is attached with eight 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden dowels secured by special galvanized screws. Table: top measures 72 × 145 cm (28.3 x 57.1 in) and is built from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats treated with pressure impregnation and a rounded‑edge diamond‑cut profile. Table legs are 75 cm (29.5 in) high and use 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles.
