All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish and baked. Metal tube profiles are fabricated within ±20 mm (0.8 in) tolerance. Before painting, surfaces receive a phosphate coating to remove oil, dirt, and rust and to promote adhesion. After fabrication, the metal parts are electrostatically painted and cured at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. The wood is first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris). Sections are cut within ±2 mm (0.1 in), overall dimensions within ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable knots: up to four solid knots per meter, each no larger than one‑quarter of the board width; no rot, defects, or split knots. Cracks: no ring cracks; hairline cracks 1–2 mm (0-0.1 in) allowed; pressure‑treated head and foot cracks permitted within tolerance. Resin pockets: max one per meter, ≤10 cm (3.9 in) long; no leaking resin, no inner bark, rot cavities, insect holes, or other defects beyond tolerances. Bending: ≤1/50 of length; impact ≤1/100 of width. Twist: ≤2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Sword bend: between 1/50 and 1/100 of length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Support legs are made from electrostatic powder‑furnace‑painted metal profiles at least 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). Two opposite benches provide a seat width of 40 cm (15.7 in), length 145 cm (57.1 in), and seat height 41 cm (16.1 in). Their supports use 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) painted metal profiles, with six wooden slats (≥40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) attached to the metal using special galvanized screws. The tabletop measures 74 × 145 cm (29.1 x 57.1 in) and is built from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats machined with pressure‑treated diamond‑tipped knives.
