All metal components are powder‑coated with a polyester‑based finish and baked. Metal tube profile lengths are fabricated within ±20 mm (0.8 in) tolerance. Before painting, surfaces receive a phosphate coating to remove oil, dirt, and rust and to promote adhesion. After fabrication, the metal parts are electrostatically painted and cured at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. The wood is first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris). Sections are cut within ±2 mm (0.1 in), overall dimensions within ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood characteristics include up to four solid knots per meter, each not exceeding one‑quarter of the board width; no rotten, split, partially healed, or missing knots. No ring cracks; micro‑cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present; pressure‑impregnation may cause acceptable head and body cracks within tolerance. Resin pockets up to 10 cm (3.9 in) long, one per meter; no leaking or pulling resin; no inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the part length; impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the part width. Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Edge flexure will be between 1/50 and 1/100 of the part length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Support legs are fabricated from electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles measuring at least 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). Two opposing benches provide a seat width of 40 cm (15.7 in), length 180 cm (70.9 in), and seat height 45 cm (17.7 in). Their supports use 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles, with six wooden slats (≥40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) mounted to the metal supports using galvanized screws. The tabletop measures 81 × 180 cm (31.9 x 70.9 in) and is made from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats impregnated and machined with diamond‑tipped knives to create a motif. Table legs are 70 cm (27.6 in) high and made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles.
